Course Profile: The Tournament Club of Iowa features a championship 18-hole course designed by PGA great Arnold Palmer. The course opened in June, 2003 and is laid out over a wide area, with no two holes in close proximity. This gives the golfer the impression of being totally secluded in the Iowa wilderness. The wide, rolling fairways are tree lined and highlighted by hills, bluffs, ravines, valleys and mature trees. Large, undulating greens give a “stadium” like impression, and can be a challenge to putt.
