My series set out to profile the dissenters — those who deny that the science is settled on climate change — and to have their views heard. To demonstrate that dissent is credible.

Somewhere along the way, I stopped believing that a scientific consensus exists on climate change.

  1. So… is your interest in this about the message or the messenger? If your faulting the messenger for taking the word of qualified advisors, are you going to make a similar post about President Bush and his intelligence officers? There appears to be an even smaller minority of advisors who believed what the President put forth as fact.

  2. Well, my interest was in Lawrence Solomon and his quest “to profile the dissenters — those who deny that the science is settled on climate change — and to have their views heard.”
